Facilitation & Program Moderating

Service Description

As a program facilitator and moderator, I create an environment where participants feel comfortable, engaged, and focused on achieving the goals of the session. Effective facilitation requires that many skills are used simultaneously, such as active listening, stimulating deeper thinking and debate while holding appropriate boundaries, managing tensions and adjusting the flow as needed to accomplish session goals. Ultimately the value created in the session sets the stage for longer term success for both the participants and stakeholders.
