Jackie engages leaders in an authentic, collaborative process of self-discovery, in which the leader is supported, challenged and held accountable. For leaders open to this journey, the insights gained can be performance enhancing, life changing and sustainable.
As a Leadership Coach, Jackie draws on her diverse experiences as a Leader and Executive in the Corporate environment. She enjoyed a highly successful, 35-year career at Merck & Co., Inc. Her tenure spanned assignments in Research, Sales, Global Marketing and Business Development. Jackie also led very diverse teams during her time at Merck; large, small, global, virtual and local. In her role as the VP for the US Primary Care Commercial Operations Group, she led a Team of over 5,000 people. Prior to retiring from Merck, she was the Vice President and General Manager of the HIV Product Franchise, where she led all global commercialization activities.
Jackie received her Coaching Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She also received the Energy Leadership Master Practitioner certification from this Institute. Jackie earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. Her undergraduate degree is in Chemistry, from Barry University.
