Service Description

Communication is a highly visible skill. Coaches often serve as experts in how messages are conveyed and received, as well as how communication skills and habits can be modified and developed. An important first step is determining the Leader’s ideal image as a communicator, then understanding his/her strengths and developmental opportunities relative to this ideal image. The coaching engagement will often focus on listening skills, tailoring communication to the audience, and oral delivery skills, including voice and body language. 3-Month Engagement - Sessions can be scheduled in 30-minute or 1-hour blocks.
