The Executive Coaching experience is a personalized and goal-oriented journey aimed at enhancing leadership skills, navigating behaviors that limit effectiveness, and addressing professional challenges. It typically involves 1 hour virtual one-on-one sessions with the Coach, leveraging the client’s 360 feedback, and developing strategies tailored to the client's unique needs. Clients often gain greater self-awareness, clarity on goals, and actionable insights to foster growth and drive impactful change in their roles and lives.

Leadership Coaching can be transformative for mid-career leaders, or leaders new to the role of leading other leaders.  The coaching process is designed to enhance the Client’s ability to lead with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Through personalized sessions, clients gain deeper self-awareness, refine their leadership style, and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges and achieve their goals. The experience fosters growth in key areas such as courageous communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, empowering clients to lead authentically and drive meaningful results.

The Group Coaching experience is a trust-based, collaborative journey where individuals with shared goals or interests come together to learn, grow, and gain insights in a facilitated setting. The Coach creates the structure and holds space for peer learning, open dialogue, and mutual support, allowing participants to share experiences, explore diverse perspectives, and build skills in a supportive environment. Clients often gain increased self-awareness, valuable peer feedback, and practical strategies to achieve both individual and group objectives, fostering personal and professional growth within a community context.
 

The Team Coaching engagement is intended for Teams (aligned around a common goal or outcome) who are seeking to improve their operating effectiveness and goal achievement.   The Coaching focuses on goal clarity and alignment, fostering collaboration, improving communication and accountability. It involves facilitated sessions where team members work together to address challenges, build trust, and enhance overall effectiveness. Clients often experience a stronger sense of connection, increased mutual understanding, and actionable strategies to improve team dynamics and achieve shared objectives. The process emphasizes open dialogue, active participation, and a collective commitment to growth and success.

As a program facilitator and moderator, I create an environment where participants feel comfortable, engaged, and focused on achieving the goals of the session.  Effective facilitation requires that many skills are used simultaneously, such as active listening, stimulating deeper thinking and debate while holding appropriate boundaries, managing tensions and adjusting the flow as needed to accomplish session goals.

 

Ultimately the value created in the session sets the stage for longer term success for both the participants and stakeholders.
