Coaching can help a Leader paint a clear and motivating picture of their vision and strategy. Tapping into their passion, imagination and creativity leads to the identification and realization of life and business possibilities. However, even the most brilliant strategy won’t deliver the desired results if organizational alignment is absent or if execution is weak. Strategic Leadership coaching therefore involves coaching the leader on a range of situational inputs which may include: broad and deep organizational knowledge, organizational connectivity, gaining external inputs, environmental (e.g. technology, demographics, policy etc.) assessments, conflict resolution and translation of strategic plans into tactics. 3-Month Engagement - Sessions can be booked in 30-minute or 1-hour blocks.
